QUESTION

Hi all, please help! new  BraviaKDL40EX403 bought today. I dont know how to remove the icon band at the top of the screen and the one at the bottom. they flick between each other. i just want a clear screen, what do i do ???????????

It seems like your TV is in shop mode, it could be fixed by pressing the "Home" button on the tv set for few seconds (10) till it switch to home mode.
