I have KDL-32CX520 and KDL-46CX520 which are 2011 model year.
I downloaded The owner manual for an older model KDL-32BX420 (2010 platform ) because it has huge valuable details which is missing explanation in my manual ( i think Sony saving paper and printing cost:smileywink:).

Could i request you to check the page number 23 of this manual which stated that this old model can read mkv container file !!!
The question is how an older model with lower class (BX) can read mkv, while the newer model with higher class (CX) missing this capability ??? Is that reasonable !
I would appreciate the help from anyone by giving logical explanation.
