Picasa - sony bravia problem "currently offline"

Problems with Sony Bravia 32 tv not running picasa - service currently offline.

Has been working perfectly. Recently bought extra storage space and now get small images and cannot even get the picasa on screen except for blank folders and the service offline statement-not a good Christmas !!

Miraculously Picasa web photos have now returned to its former glory showing full size photos on the tv screen Sony bravia KDL 32ex403 - do not know who- Google or Sony who has solved the problem but as of 21Dec 2011 5pm it is working
