Hi,
It's been almost a month since a logged a fault with my TV and I've been unable to even get a response on the problem.
TV is in Warranty and has permanent black shadows at the bottom of the screen.
After 3 weeks of chasing for updates via email I was told to "stop emailing because this resets my place in the queue"
I have written via email twice to ask how I can complain and have been ignored.
I've rang the helpline and have been promised 3 times that a supervisor/manager will call back - they never do.
I've rang the helpdesk and asked to complain and been promised the complaints team will call me back and they haven't.
I've been told there is no other way to complain or get my fault looked at.
Please please please please can someone help me.

the number you supplied ending in '05', but they have had no answer.
