Hi everybody!
I have problems with audio and video not being in sync when I watch some channels (primarily an HD channel) on my tv. I receive my signal on an active antenna placed in my window directed straight towards the mast (12.3 kilometres away).
The antenna is entered straight into the tv. No other boxes or systems are involved.
I know that many have this issue, but have anybody ever received an explanation and a solution?
I hope the answer is out there somewhere.... Thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
Kenneth

Hi All.
I too have the same problem, however, the TV is a Sony Bravia KDL-32W4000, antenna system is cable, and as Kenneth writes, it only happens on HD TV channels, never on all the not HD channels, occasionally I plug in my laptop to watch a dvd via DVI-D to HDMI cable, using HDMI input 2 on the TV - it runs fine in 1080/25Hz, no Lip sync issues there.
This happens on HD TV channels, after less than an hour it gets really annoying, if I then swithc to another channel, and back again, it seems to be in lip sync again for a little less than an hour or so.
I too hope theres an answer out there somewhere.

Guys!
There is a request for everyone with lip sync issues to call them (see below re the number though) and give details:
http://sonycic.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1805/~/home-cinema-lip-sync-issue
Get on there and let them know this needs fixing!!
BUT the number quoted is (at the moment, I did tell them) wrong. It is not 0844 84 666 555 it is 0844 8466 555.
Cheers!
