Possibly not on European sets, if you've gone to language and it's not there.

It is not about language ,  It is about showing file-names in HEBREW when browsing PC's Directories . . .

Also when browsing the NET (like YOUTUBE) ,  the files and all other HEBREW data appears as ##### . . .
