KDL-40W4000 Power button

Somehow happened that we turned the tv off. It's plugged into the electricity bu the small red indicator doesn't show anything. I can't find the power button. It is marked on the transparent plastic below the screen, but if I touch it, nothing happens.

Can anyone helps?

Power button (as well all the other tv commands) are placed on top of the television. The light on the transparent plastic are only indicators and it is correct that if you switch off the TV they are off. The red light indicate the standby mode.
