Newbie poster here.
Just set up my new KDL-40EX503 and am trying to upgrade firmware.
Have followed firmware upgrade instructons and saved files to USB stick.
TV recognises USB (on screen message) but the uploading of the software doesn't start.
Any pointers to what I might be doing wrong?
0002100_01f30000 is the file name that is on the USB stick?
