looks like a technical problem with display control.

Better contact your supplier.

Contacted Sony direct (Egypt) they wanted photos, receipt, etc, told me a replacement TV was needed, that was over a week ago, telling me stock for my model can't be found. (4 Yr old).

Getting palmed off by the call centre, would love to speak to someone in the UK, any ideas anyone?
