KD-49XF7005 YouTube and Smart Remote

Ca i find a smart remote original from sony for the TV model KD-49XF7005?

And dose someone knows why 80% of the time the youtube app is not loading, it seems like the cache is full and it takes for the app like 4 to 5 hours running or almost 4 days in stand by to get back to normal.

If someone knows this model of TV, there is any setting to send data from TV to an USB stick cause i think there is none. I experience the problem to play a 2h video and if i turn on the TV at 1h20m the TV dose not remember the time of the video played on the stick and it never writes any data on the stick. This is not a problem on my other brands TV, and LG and a Samsung

I tried and the problem with the youtube appears after a few hours of intense browsing, sometimes i use the youtube cast from my phone to play a video and it starts to work normal. The USB part is allways the same, like the usb port don't send any data tot the stick

Do you mean the remote control supplied with the TV?

Does the issue only happen when you use Youtube? Does it happen with any other app? Does unplugging the TV from the mains solve the problem?

As far as I am aware, you cannot send any data from the TV to a USB.

With the TV comes the clasic smart remote, i need something slim with an air mouse function

The problem is only on Youtube, other apps works fine.

So the USB ports will never save the time of a video if i pause in the middle and exit from the USB Stick?

Hi Zedaero,

The TV may not work with a different type of remote control other than the supplied one I am afraid.

Have you tried refreshing the internet content by pressing Home, settings, system settings, network, refresh internet content?

As long as the USB has been removed from the TV, it will not continue from where you stopped.

I should try the internet refresh thing and see if it solves the problem.

So as i expected, the TV does not give any data trough the USB port. The video does not continu even if the stick stays in the TV, not even if i press back from mistake.
