Frozen on Open Privacy Policy screen after update.

Today I received a message to update Bravia, I did this but now the screen is frozen on the Open Privacy Policy screen. I tried everything, I can't even get by Talk Talk box on as no matter what I do it stays on this screen. How the hell to I get my tv back? I've turned everything of for short periods, then long periods but still up pops that screen. I can't get into settings or anything. Any quick help would be great my model is 49ex9005

Hi SonyUser30yrs,

I managed to get it sorted but it took all afternoon because of various problems. Open Reach are messing with the junction boxes which stopped the update making it freeze. I then went through all the usual stuff, reboot, switch of 1 minute, then 10 minutes but nothing worked. I finally found the online Sony chat (Took some finding) and went through the usual scripted stuff for 30 minutes or so until he advised me to do a factory reset. I did this about 5 times as it didn't work or gave sound but no picture or froze again but eventually I got it to work. Hopefully Open Reach will sod off and it won't cause a problem next time. Thanks for your help.
