Can't access laptop via Network settings on KDL-EX-503

Hi

I am looking to access music/video content from my Laptop via my Bravia EX-503, I can see the network connection but it is greyed out and when I come to test connection it states it is not connected.

Can anyone assist ?

Hi

Best take a few steps back - can you give some more info on how you are connecting your TV to the PC ( wireless/wired etc) and what media serving software you are using (Serviio, Windows media Player etc )

It's via WMP and it is a wired connection.

Give Serviio a go - free and does a MUCH better job than WMP.
