Broken bravia?

Can someone have as look at these images. Is it a software/firmware issue, or a hardware issue?

We're not aware that it's been knocked out mishandled at all. We went away for a few days at Christmas. It was working fine before we left and was like this when we got back. 

Also, the image sometimes jumps and flickers, and the images are often blurry. 

Any help is appreciated.
