BRAVIA KDL40V4000 NO HDMI IN

HI,

I have a dvd and use the hdmi port1 to view it.. no problem, i then got my new vaio laptop and tried conecting it to the same hdmi port , and it will not display the laptop... at all.

nothing i do will get it to work..

Hi,

try right clicking on the desktop then click screen resolution you should see the tv there in display settings.
