Bravia KDL 40EX503 picture flashing

Hi as anyone got an idea after approximately 10 minutes watching my TV the picture starts flashing / flickering from normal picture to a bright picture and back again, it also happens when you are in the tv guide the picture is still there but the flashing is constant

Try factory reset manu-settings-System settings-general set up-factory reset follow by auto start up and if no change install FW update from support page
