Hi community, I'm having problems logging on to BBC iPlayer. When I try logging on, it either says there's a problem and won't load, or loads part of the way on a progamme and then says that memory is insufficient. The software on the TV says it is up to date. Has anyone else encountered this problem? My TV is from 2014 and not part of the earlier sets from 2012 and 2013 that BBC say they no longer support. Many thanks.
