3D Glasses TDG-BR100 and Sony TV KDL46NX713

Hi

I have had both products since May 2011 but never bothered watching 3D TV.  I have recently tried watching 3d TV and I am very dissapointed with the whole thing.

When I look at the picture without 3D glasses it is bright although blurred obviously.  When I wear the glasses the picture is dull(dark) not vibrant even after setting brightness and contrast to maximum on the TV and the glasses to high.

Have contacted Sony who are unabale to advise further!!

Have looked at other TVs in department store where I purchased the set and glasses and they seem much better in terms of brightness.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Hi Jorel,

As you haven't used your glasses have you remove the small insulating sheet from the battery.?

As you've not used the glasses before have you checked that they are actually switched on..:smileyconfused:

Flash one time every 3 seconds when powered on
Flash three times every 3 seconds: when battery capacity is low.

Thanks for the reply.  The glasses are working fine all theat you suggest I had already carried out.

The picture is really poor, dont get me wrong there is no interference it is just dim and puts some strain on my eyes.  It is like watching with dark glasses on.

The 3D is good just very dim. Both contrast and brightness are at the Max.
