It stands on the site in October but I would like to know the date!

you just have to wait for the update to arrive in your country..or you can manually update..

How do i do the manually update?

i have manually updated my arc..

and the same way you have to update neo but wth different files..

just keep a look at this thread..

for now dont try that method..

when i'll say then only perform the update manually ok..
