Zperia L3 - can't record videos as constantly refocussing!

Can Sony please reply to advise what they are doing to resolve the issue with the experia L3 camera taking useless videos that constantly go in and out of focus? I've bought Sony experia phones for years mostly due to the great quality cameras but this has been so frustrating. Not one video I've taken has been watchable, I'm so disappointed!! Can this not be resolved with a software update??

I have the same problem and it's really annoying me. Tempted to return the phone.

I am also having this problem - and nobody seems to want to do anything about it. Sony are telling me it is the autofocus
