Sony Bravia soundbar HT A9000

HI, I am running the soundbar with a Sony TV.  Using the Sony software Connect App, I am finding that the software keeps losing connection with the soundbar.  I have over the last few days, followed all the Sony recommendations and instructions to stop this issue, all to no avail.  Can anyone offer some advice other than what Sony are saying? Thankyou.

Did you check your HDMI cable , it must be incerted in HDMI ARC/eARC  on "both ends " otherwise it will not work good !

And check that you have the last upgrade/ update for you things  , working WiFi is a must  when setting it up/adjusting  with the Bravia App
