I have a BCD-E380 home theatre system. It is connected to a Samsung LED TV using a HDMI cable via the ARC sockets on both devices. When I first set up the system the surround sound worked fine. However I appear to have done something which has resulted in the surround sound no longer working when using the TV. It still works fine when playing Blu-Ray or DVD discs or audio devices (eg MP3).
I have checked that the HDMI settings are as per the manual. I have tried resetting everything back to factory deafults and updated the firmware to the latest version. All to no avail.
Can anybody help?

I have exactly the same problem but with an E370 system and happened on the 2nd Jan. Just wondering is anyone has an answer to this or if Paul you managed to resolve this?
