Hi,
Since I’ve updated the firmware on my HT-XF9000 I’ve been unable to utilise e-arc between my Sony XF900 and the soundbar. Everything is enabled on both sides and the only thing that has changed is the firmware update.
Now have no way of utilising Dolby Atmos or equivalents from Netflix/Amazon which is why I bought this soundbar.
any ideas or can i revert to the previous software version?

It's not usually possible to revert back to the previous software version.
I would recommend getting in touch with the support team here who will be able to advise on the issues you are experiencing.
