Hi,
I've bought the above mentioned player and I'm having trouble playing .mkv and .mp4 formats with subtitles.
When I was still choosing the player I was going to buy and chose this one, the shop assistent told me it supports these formats with subtitles. It won't give me any options for loading the subtitle, even though the subittle has the same file name as the movie itself.
Please let me know how I can solve this problem.
If it's something that I can't fix, I'm afraid I'll just have to return the product, as I've been tricked into buying it by telling me it supports this.
