What ever happened to the new Sony MRW-S3 SD card reader and Sony SL-M series SSD?

They were announced last year but I can't find them for sale anywhere. Is there anything else out there like them?

I've checked the Sony website for similar products but couldn't find any. The website lists them as out of stock but you may find luck buying them online.
