I don't really know how to issue a complaint so I've ended up here as there seems to be no direct route or clear one, I'd like to voice how strongly I disagree with the decision for PlayStation to make physical copies of games obsolete as of Jan 2028, I feel you are alienating the very consumers who built this company and I wish to have this taken as a formal complaint with how badly I think this decision is. I have been a loyal fan and consumer of Sony products since I was young but I will not be endorsing any sony products due to this decision and wish to tell you the sadness this makes me feel.

i agree,ive had every console since ps1,i also will no longer buy any sony products if they go ahead and do this,it proves that sony only cares about the money and not its loyal customers,its going to force a lot of low income families out of gaming altogether and kill the second hand game market altogether,i certainly wont be,and never have be buying any digital only games and i certainly wont be buying a ps6 if there is no disc drive or games to go in it
