Hello all, would you please help me with the following problem. I upgraded my vaio sony laptop from windows 8.1 to upgrade to windows 10. Now the problem is when I plug in the power cable, the screen turns to blue and shows me this message:
VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR.
