Tripod Collar Locking Ring ***** for the Sony FE 100-400mm lens

Hi all can anyone please help looking  for the  Tripod Collar Locking Ring ***** for the Sony FE 100-400mm lens has lasted no time at all has not been over tightened yet has worn through looks very cheaply made. Would say I have tried this less than 6 times
