I used the tracker to track the return of my PS4 after paying £125 to have my PS4 fixed, and it showed that the PS4 was on its way for them to receive it. Now the tracker says it doesn't recognised the code, and I have no idea what to do. Any suggestions please?

Have you contacted PlayStation Support about this? There are significant delays with repairs at the moment, according to the Fix & Replace page.
