Hi, I’m currently living in Italy and I’ll be here for 2 years but I’m not sure why my turntable won’t work. I have used a converter and a transformer to plug it and it still won’t work. I’m not sure what to do?

Do you know of any places, I’m still relatively new here so I don’t know where I could bring it
