Sony Customer Services.
How can I request my Customer Case No. 0000000 to be escalated?
The front man has a tenuous grasp of the English language and manages to ignore my questions and observations while issuing scripted replies that make no headway towards a solution.
I have tried every avenue I am aware of but cannot get a committed single point of contact to resolve the problem.
