I am having issues with picture freezing when watching videos from a USB hard drive. After watching any program for about 5 minutes, the picture and sound just freezes. You have to come out and then go back into the file you are watching to resume but after another 5 minutes it does the same thing.
It appears to affect any USB external hard drive whether it be a small pen drive or a 2TB hard drive.
I have tried doing a factory reset and firmware update but the issues does not go away.
Does anyone have a fix for this?
