I paid 17.95 for a box office event that was available through the Playstation Store, and when I went to watch it I continually got a "problem with the video" message, and it never worked. If anyone seeing this could point me in the right direction for a refund from Sony/PlayStation and a way to speak to their customer support team, that would be great.
