I have spent hours trying to try tom find how I get support for this to no avail. The Sony Global Customer Care page mentions self support, social support and assisted report but not a link in sight.
I did comment on an article about this software but no response so HOW do I get support for this App?
This is the problem:-
Running with other apps on Android 8/9. It's a great app BUT I want to run it at the same time as an app that remotely controls my tripod head to move left/right/up/down. Despite all my efforts, including using ADB to enable multi window support, I cannot run it in split screen or in a Window, and if I try to run another app in a window the Sony Imaging Edge closes, which is no problem for every other app on my mobile. Any help would be appreciated

It may be that attempting to use more than one app at a time is not supported. Sony Support may be able to advise.

That seems to be geared towards hardware but I'll see what response I get
I tried, and they were prompt but they clearly don't even understand the problem let alone offer any advice.
On a positive note I have found an app called Camoodoo that does the job
