help....!!!

Firstly, why can't I find an email to contact playstation directly for support, all the links I find are just generic questions and answers... I want to liase with a human being!
My query is this... can I log on to a ps4 at another house and be able to play on my fortnite account?  Reason being is that my son wants to play fortnite at his dads house on the same account he plays at my house.  I'm aware that fortnite is attached to the PSN of the playstation log in so I'm assuming that I can just log on at another house and everything will be there????
