After always buying Sony tv/surround sound products I’ve been left very dissatisfied with Sony’s attitude towards a faulty £1700 tv that’s 2 months out of warranty. Appreciate it is out of warranty but to be basically told well it’s tough luck that it’s only lasted that long. I know after there appalling attitude on the phone I won’t be buying any more Sony products
