I've given Sony one last attempt at actually coming back to me since I have had misery for the last 18mths or so....
If nothing, (as I expect) I will cut and paste the email chain of my conversation with them here, as a warning to all
My advice at this time is:- STAY AWAY FROM SONY, they are nothing like they used to be...and they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE to speak of.
