I recently applied for cashback on a sony camera. I tried to check the status but I don't have the claim id (there was no confirmation email received).
Where can I find my calim id and check the status of my application?

I got this resolved. I finally found the contact for the promotion at:
http://services.sony.co.uk/supportmvc/en/contact/email?cam=Cashback-DIME-Winter-2017-UK-IE
Which isn't reachab;e from where I went to first which was:
https://services.sony.co.uk/supportmvc/en/contact/
They were really quick to respond after I messaged them
Hi @KevinH-0001 and welcome to the Community
How long ago did you submit the claim?
(There may be a slight delay in receiving emails)
Did you get the confirmation on screen that your claim had been submitted once you
had filled in the form?
Cheers
I submitted the claim on the 27th when I registered the camera. The form had issues with the email I used (I think it didn't like a + in the email name).
I tried to apply for the cashback again, but the site says the claim has already been submitted. That prompted me to look for help.
Still no email.

How do I find my claim ID please for cash ..
Hi Mikey119, welcome to the Community.
You won't receive a Claim ID until you have a confirmation email of your claim being received. Assuming you're participating in the Summer 19 Cashback promotion, you need to wait 30 days from your purchase date before lodging a claim, and the earliest you will be able to do this is 31st May 2019.
In the meantime it's well worth checking out the Cashback FAQ page to understand how the claims process works. It can take a while for claims to be processed, but you will avoid delays by getting your claim right first time, so do read it carefully.
Cheers
