In 2018 I have claimed a cashback for 2 items during Summer 2018 Cashback promotion, then 1 item during the Winter Cashback offer in January.
I have bought an A7 III and thought I could get a cashback for the camera, but my application has been rejected the reason being that I have reached the limitation of 3 claims per customer.
Could you please let me know if the 3 times per customer limitation for the digital imaging Cashback offers is a lifetime limitation ? Because it seems to be

the terms and conditions probably have the answer for you:
14. A maximum of 3 claims can be made by one consumer and only one claim per product. There is
no limit on the number of products that can be included within an individual claim (subject to
section 7), but each separate sales transaction must be submitted as a separate claim.
I would assume that limit resets every year/promotional periode.

Me too, that's why I submitted the claim as I only have submitted one claim this year.
I don't see any email or support address in the rejection email.
Would you know if there would be any for such cases ? (The support options only let me choose technical support).
