I have been waiting three months for my £100 cashback. I am continually fobbed off. I notice the web is full of these cases - an obvious Sony scam. Can't believe a company fo big can act in this way. I have sent letters to my MP, and the Standards Authority - I guess solicitor's letter is next. Buyer beware - buy elsewhwere.

please be assured it really isn't a scam.

Did you ever receive any emails confirming your claim?

Hi , My claim was repeatedly rejected by Sony even though all info requested had been sent.
As a purchaser my contract is with the retailer I bought the Camera from so I went to them, Wex
and reminded them that I purchased the camera based on the price advertised which included the cashback offer. They took the matter up with Sony and my cashback appeared quite soon after.
Your contract is with your retailer so go back to them.
