Adding apps to Sony Bravia KDL-32WD756

Hi,

I would like to add some apps to my tv but there is no option in there to add new apps and I only have a v limited choice. Can someone please walk me through it step by step? I also have a blu-ray player BDP-S3700 so could do it through that instead? Just not technically minded! And kids want Disney+

If you want Disney+ you have to buy an external device like Amazon Fire Stick TV (Android based), in that way you can download Disney+ and other Android Apps.
