Well, anyone can write a book to publish digitally, but what you need is an e-writers Forum that can advise on how, what, and where. And on the best way to market your results.
I don't know if the "yet to show its face" ReaderStore will have the capability, when it finally arrives, but we shall have to see..........
The only one I know of any scale, that has a load of hints, advice, etc.. with a seperate section for new and established writers in the e-field, and in general, e-writers all over the world, is the one on MobileRead Forums, so that should be your first port of call. Don't be afraid to ask daft questions !
