What can I do about this error code?

"Unable to synchronize the device. Please take a note of the error and contact Sony customer support.

Error: Attempt a request method that is not supported by this Web API. - error code: -4 (405)."

I've hadno luck finding out what this means on the web  - you could try Sony support.
