frozen ereader

I have loaded my prs350 ereader up with ebooks but when opening the book up the home screen locks up and never finishes loading. Tried a hard reset under instructions from the support team and that didn't work either so really p********d off now, wish I had never bought the thing. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Did you do a hard reset or soft reset, a hard reset would wipe the contents of the reader..

Also if the Reader battery power is very low this can give the impression  that the Reader is frozen, try connecting the reader to a computer using the USB connection for about an hour..
