I have a SONY DCR-HC51E since 2006.
Lately my camera is BEEPING and showing the Calendar adjustment...then switches off.
I have just bought an original 2HR SONY (NP-FH50) Battery from Saturn (Germany) so the battery is fine. So I am sure that the back battery is right but in Germany Professional Photographic persons told me that it could have an internal battery but to consult the local SONY dealer.
I did but he informed me that it does not have an internal battery and it is fine! Unfortunately when I cam e back home again there is no power and it does not switch on!
Can anyone please help? What is the real problem?
