Hi...
This issue I have about 3 times per shooting day.
Over shooting day I do about 300 files (video clips).
After end of clip recording (push REC button) camcorder don´t want to save clip to card and it rebooting itself! After rebooting I see on display "Writing to the memory card was not completed correctly. Recover data? Enter, Cancel"
If I do that (confirm Enter) clip is gone!
Where is the problem?
Is problem in camcorder or SD card?
What should I do with that please?
Record format is XAVC S 4K
Rec Frame Rate 25p
Card is formatted in FX3.
Thank you very much...
Hello @sonyweb785,
this sounds like a fault with the card.
I personally would always check whether the card is genuine - there are unfortunately many fake products (with lower storage capacities or speeds) on the market, they even make it into the supply chain of known retailers, so I would use a software like "TestDisk" to verify the cards integrity (there are many tutorials online on how to do that).
For a 4K camera like your FX3 I would NOT go by the "U3" or "V90" speed nowadays (former is only important for sequential write operations important for photo shooting) but look for cards with the newer "V"-rating (e.g. "V30" would be sufficient for the FX3).
I personally have made very good experiences with the cards from "SanDisk" which I ordered from Amazon directly. So far I have been lucky and did not receive any fake cards as described above.

Hey there, so sorry for the troubles you're experiencing. But was just curious, is it the ILME-FX3?
Hi,
thank you for your reply.
I have checked the card with h2testw.exe and FAKEFLASHTEST.exe and it is ok.
So I dont know when problem is.
I have send the card to shop for testing. So we will see...
Have a nice day!
Hi,
yes it is ILME-FX3...
BTW I have tested two other cards of different brand and everything was ok.
So probably problem is in Laxar card.
Have a nice day.
