as a loyal customer and fan of Sony I have the follow idea ( if it is not implemented yet):
You could do a technology which searches the channel by name and not by scanning or by number as usual.
For example you would write in the search menu "name of the program" and it will find it out by searching not to scan or search one by one channel.
Second idea would be also to find out by search menu to find a show/movie/event on TV by search menu.
For example you do not know on which channel is the champions league and you would just write it in the search menu and it would find out some of the results : for example champions league available on "name of the channel".
