Last night I completed the TV update. However this morning I have turned the tv on and it is connecting to the internet then immediately disconnecting. I have tried resetting the connection by deleating the saved WiFi settings but now it won't let me reconnect to the internet. It keeps saying I'm inputting the wrong password which is incorrect as it is 100% the right password as I have tried it on serveral other devices and it works. There is also no issue with my internet as again other devices are working fine. Therefore it can only be a firmware issue brought on by your update. This has basically made my TV redundant as I cannot use Netflix or anyother apps.

Hi @Chrisppy1 Sorry I cannot really help you but make a couple of suggestions. 1. Reboot your broadband router first. 2. Try a soft reboot on the TV (hold down the power button on the remote until it says Power off ...). 3. Try a full factory reset.
