bluetooth connection on android tv

hello
I have a sony android tv model KD-43XH8096 which recently updated to android 10, after this update I can no longer connect the wi c200, WH-1000XM3 or WH-1000XM5 headphones nor the SRS-XB33 portable speaker. The only device I can connect is the xperia 1 iv.
I would like to mention that on android 9 I was using a third party application with which I was able to connect via bluetooth to the tv
Is there any solution to solve the problem
thanks

Hi @gica2000, make sure that these devices are not connected to any other devices, you can try to initialize them to forget previous connection. Then, follow the steps here: https://helpguide.sony.net/tv/haep1/v1/en/08-09_11.html

If the issue remains, try the steps in this link: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/televisions-projectors/articles/00267627

If you still cannot pair them, try these steps:

1. Disconnect all externals (e.g. sky box, Ariel cable, HDMI cables or USB, etc.).

2. Unplug the TV from the mains and leave it for 1 minute and then plug it back.

3. In case issue persists, perform a factory data reset: https://helpguide.sony.net/tv/haep1/v1/en/08-01_03.html

hello and thank you for the answer provided
as I said in the previous post, the tv model I have does not support bluetooth A2DP, but with a third party application, in android 9, you could connect different bluetooth devices to the tv.
After updating to android 10 this is no longer possible, either because of the update, SONY making some changes so that you can no longer connect, or third party applications do not support android 10, unlikely because I tried 3 or 4 apps and I don't think any of them DOES NOT support android 10
PS . I tried all possible options
PS2 I managed to connect the headphones and the portable speaker using an audio module and a bluetooth module

thanks again
