Hi, unable to rotate pics taken with my i phone after downloading onto my lap top. Screen advises file may be read only, but cant find how to change the settings. however this only happens with photos taken with the iphone not with any onther photo, and Apple help confirm this is not a problem with the iphone settings!! Have tried changing the properties but to no avail, Help please!!

Is this an iPhone 4? It should have abuilt-in photo editing app you can rotate the photo with. Or any free photo editing program will do it for you on your laptop.
