I have connected the phone to the computer via USB, and had file transfer selected as well as allowing access when the popup appears. It appears as an Xperia 5 II in Xperia Companion but nearly all the options are greyed out.
The phone icon is there in My Computer but when I try to access it's empty; have tried on a laptop and desktop and it's the same on both.
